Perhaps my favorite site visit ever due to the hospitality and quality of the program, I had the pleasure to meet Jimmy and the wonderful staff at PATH (Poor And The Homeless) in the city of Red Bluff in Tehama County. Jimmy was kind enough to drive me around the entire city of Red Bluff, visiting numerous different encampment sites, housing projects, and staples of the community. We spent three hours this morning discussing everything about homelessness pertaining to Red Bluff, which is a rural farming and manufacturing town roughly 40 minutes south of Redding in Northern California. A huge thank you to Jimmy for his time and offering to show me around Red Bluff!
