We’re excited to share that we’re expanding our partnership with The Center in Hollywood by providing 20 Makeshift Traveler backpacks alongside Bombas socks and Nonaste hand sanitizer to support their ongoing outreach efforts. The Center has long been a trusted and consistent presence in the Hollywood community, showing up with compassion and care for people experiencing homelessness, and this expanded support reflects the strength of that relationship.
By pairing Makeshift Travelers with essential items like socks and hand sanitizer, we’re able to support daily comfort, health, and dignity more holistically. These resources will be distributed by a team that knows their community deeply and understands when and how they can make the greatest impact.
We’re grateful to The Center in Hollywood for their partnership and leadership, and to Bombas and Nonaste for contributing items that meet real, everyday needs. Collaborations like this remind us that meaningful progress is built through trust, shared purpose, and showing up consistently for one another.
